1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of buynicotinepouches.ca (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Buy Nicotine Pouches Canada (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but if an item in your order is unavailable we will contact you to offer a substitute, backorder, or refund for that item.

5. Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm shipment. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect the purchaser is underage, the order is for resale, or payment cannot be verified. Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods shown.

Order communications. When you place an order, we send transactional emails about that order (confirmation, payment instructions, shipping). If you consent at checkout, we may also send a one-time email inviting you to review your purchase. These messages are not marketing; you will only receive marketing emails if you separately subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Shipping

We ship across Canada. See our Shipping & Delivery page for methods, timelines, and details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please double-check your shipping address; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because nicotine pouches are a consumable product, we can only accept returns of unopened tins as described on our Returns & Refunds page. Damaged or incorrect orders will be made right — contact us via the Contact page and we will sort it out.

8. Intellectual Property

Site content (text, graphics, logos) belongs to us or our licensors. Brand names such as ZYN, Velo, White Fox and Pablo are trademarks of their respective owners; their use on this Site is for product identification only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the province from which we operate and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site applies to your order.
