What are nicotine pouches?

Small, discreet pouches containing nicotine, plant-based fibres and flavouring — no tobacco leaf. You place one between your lip and gum, and nicotine absorbs while it’s in place. No smoke, no vapour, no spitting.

How do I use one?

Tuck a pouch under your upper lip and leave it there for 20–60 minutes. You may feel a light tingle at first — that’s normal. Dispose of used pouches in the trash (many tins have a compartment in the lid for used pouches).

What strength should I choose?

If you’re new, start low: 6 mg (ZYN’s lightest tier). Regular users usually settle between 9–11 mg. Anything 15 mg and above is for experienced, high-tolerance users, and 50 mg Pablo is expert-only. It’s much better to start too low than too high.

How old do I need to be?

You must be of legal age to purchase nicotine products in your province (19+ in most of Canada). We verify age on the site and may require age confirmation at delivery.

Are these the European or American versions?

Yes — our tins are authentic European stock, sourced directly from European suppliers and stocked at our warehouse in BC. What’s in stock is physically on hand, ready to ship from within Canada.

Are nicotine pouches safe?

Nicotine pouches are smoke-free and tobacco-free, but nicotine is addictive. Our products are intended for adult nicotine consumers. If you don’t currently use nicotine, don’t start — and if you have health concerns, talk to your doctor.
